The Peppermill is a great local mom and pop type family restaurant. The food is great and the staff is friendly. I much prefer the Peppermill over a Shari's or Applebee's. The portions are better and the food actually has some taste and flavor.

Gone Down Hill. Our family used to frequent this restaurant. Good food that was quick and kid friendly. After adding the lounge, this place has gone down hill quick. I will not even walk by with our kids anymore. The drunken smokers take up the sidewalk from about 5pm on. I am a causal drinker myself, but this is just a lounge full of dirty locals. I would never swing by on my way home, or meet coworkers here. This place just needs to make up its mind; Family Restaurant, or hang out for dirty drunken locals.

great staff, great specials, great prices and great food!. While I am a regular there I see the hardworking staff taking good care of all the customers whether it is their first time or their 365th time that year.... BJ works swiftly and makes it look effortless no matter how slammed they might be. Amber makes everyone feel special and would be an excellent choice for a manager. Max is gregarious and adds a lot of charm to the place. Over on the restaurant side the wait staff sparkles as well.

In these tough economic times the Peppermill serves up great value. They have large portions of quality food and beat any local prices and you get even more value if you order the special. The drinks are also the cheapest (and best) in the area.

The patrons in the lounge range from just young enough to show ID to very well seasoned and the diversity makes it a lot of fun. If I didn't live nearby I would drive here!

Unless you're a regular, don't expect lounge service.. The restaurant is great and has always been, but steer clear of the lounge!! The service is the worst I've ever seen. We've been there no less than 10 times and have NEVER been approached by a bartender. They are much more interested in flirting with the regulars or girls in short skirts than serving anyone they don't know. We've had enough and will not be back.

A traditional diner. Excellent morning Breakfast and Awesome price.

Lots of merry little old people come in for a great deal and a chat with their friends. Cute.

Cold Food and Bad Service. We used to go go here all the time and then things changed. The food (dinner) we ordered came cold and we had to send it back. We had a party of eight people and everyone got their food and different times. I am not talking 2-3 minutes but 30 minutes to an hour after another person. The manager Linda was so rude and really did'nt care. When we complained and tried to send the item back that was cold she refused to take it. Not a good way to run a restaurant. This is one place I will not be back to nor will I recommend it to anyone.

Peppermill lounge, rude manager. I have been wanting to go to the peppermill for a while I have heard the food is very good as well as the service. well the food is very good you can tell it is fresh and made from scratch. The service is something to desire given they were busy, there is a blond i asumed was in charge she told us your not a regular so i dont care about you. I was apalled so i asked one of the other bar customers who she was he said she is the owners sister. I dont care who you are in this challenging time you should respect all customers no matter what. we wont be going back and we will pass it on to all of our friends. to bad it seems they have a good thing going there. we might try the restaurant side the food is worth another try

Blond Bitch is the one with attitude. I've been there several times.. w/and w/out family including my 97yrold granny.. yes they can be a little testy at times but we all have bad day's but I think blond bitch was just born.. Well her name say's it all.

as for her comments check out the health inspection report'' for the real truth

Average to good food very poor service. My wife and I gone to this restruant every weekend for the past few years. The location is good and the weekend staff is very friendly. We went their for Veterans day and were totally ignored by the staff. We waited fifteen minutes for service without receiving any attention. A new customer came into the restruant and were immediately served. At this point we left for another place to have breakfast. The food is average but the waitress staff is very poor during the week. We have decided their are too many good resturants in the local ares and will never return to the Pepper mill. Good luck to you if to visit this place, hit or miss service.
