MOLD!!!!. If you like mold, this is the place for you! There is a huge MOLD problem at this place and they don't do anything to remedy the problem. They just paint over it. And when it comes back they paint over it again. Then they charge you to clean it up and paint over it. View Less …
Enjoyed living there a lot!.
I lived at St. Mary's Woods for almost 4 years. When I was loving in, they gave me a top floor apt with a great view and worked with my
moving times, made sure the carpets were cleaned in time and gave me a welcome gift in the kitchen of popcorn and other cute items.
Whenever I had an issue with something, whether it be a loud neighbor or a maintenance issue, the office was always pleasant and on top of it.
With being an apartment manager in the past, I appreciated the staff there and I never experienced an issue. Their job is harder than people are aware of and no apartment complex is perfect. Knowing that, I still was happy there and had no problems.
I hope that if reading this, you give them a try and I believe you will be happy there.

Horrible management. I lived at this place for three and a half years as a single mother of two kids. My kids were harrased by other kids. A neighbor had traffic coming and going (probably a dr#g house)...one of the harrasing kids lived there. The management doesn't discuss anything with you, they just send you an eviction notice. Apparently they thought because my boyfriend watches my kids for me alot....(I'm a single mother working) that he lived there...so instead of talking about the issue with me they sent me an eviction notice for unauthorized person????? Their spa is always down for repairs. The weight room equiptment never works and fuses are always blowing, which after hours means your done working out. They treat you like cattle moving in and out. They could care less if your there or not. They say the apartments are luxury only your sinks are chipped and poorly repaired. I've had some sort of plastic pieces spitting out of my faucet and tub for months which they claim they repair but it keeps coming back. My dryer takes three days to dry a load of laundry, which they say is how I'm using it as if a 36 year old woman can't operate a dryer? Oh p.s....the oil coming from under the dryer might be a hint, only if your maintenance men spoke English they might be able to help more.......sigh, ugh.....yeah I moved out....very HAPPY I finally did!!
