Shame On You Sir. The test of a good customer service is not when things are going right for your business, but how you deal with customers when things go wrong. I have worked in customer service all my life. I know what it means to hold yourself accountable for mistakes. I used to be a fan of this dry cleaners. I have been taking my business there for seven years. I have even suggested them to clients for slip cover cleaning, alterations etc. I recently paid to have a suit taken in. Upon getting the suit back I realized the pants still were too long and waist too big. Not only did the owner act like I was trying to rip him off because I refused to pay a second time for the work, he asked me "what my problem was". Well sir, my problem, now becomes your problem, because I will tell anyone who I deal with to go elsewhere. That is how customer service works. If you want great, not just mediocre service, pass on this business…
Awesome Service. The owner is so awesome. I had these one pair of pants and he said that he would try to get the stain out but he always says he doesn't know for sure if he can get it out. When I came back the stain had completely vanished. He's a good guy. I love the owner he's very nice and caring.…
Good service. The owner is very nice and works hard to get my clothes neat. The owner has always tried to get my stains out. He never says he can get it completely out if it were to be not possible. Worst Customer Service Ever Experienced. I would never recommend this place to anyone. The owner charged me $25.00 to have a cushion cleaned, made me pay for it before the service was done, and when I went back, the cushion was still dirty. I guaranteed that he could clean it and said he could only do it if I paid him first. I paid him because he seemed like an honest individual, however he was a liar! He wouldn't do anything to fix the problem and when I asked for a refund, or even partial refund, he said "Thats your problem". The worst experience I have ever had in customer service. I would never go back. He ripped me off and was rude, and yelled at me. He was so rude that I left crying and he did nothing about the cushion. Doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating.…
