Aer Fitness Repair

This is the worst company I have ever done business with.I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. Our treadmill's belt stopped working, and this company was referred to us by our manufacturer's warranty. The guy came out, looked at our treadmill for a couple of mins, and then called the manufacturer. After this he told me the error message on the screen meant we needed another part that they don't have.

So basically he just called the manufacturer for me. And then charged us 139.00(!!) for the entire transaction. He did ZERO work on the treadmill. Just made a phone call. So I got the part from the manufacturer and guess what!?? My treadmill still does not work.

No resolution from this company. I called to speak with them and they were *completely unapologetic about the problem. Didn't seem to care in the slightest that I wasn't happy about their service. A complete scam. Do NOT spend your money here!! There are plenty of other good businesses in the Portland metro area that are actually legitimate.…
