We had James as our salesperson. Very educated, showed us around, straightforward, offered a price we couldn't turn down. Will come back again and again.

They will first trap you and would keep their prices so high that you will feel shy asking a low price. They had one queen set for 1500 and they were ready to deliever that one for 500. I did not take that mattress beacuse of my budget, but then I went to the store again to see if I can get a mattress set which had marked around 1000 so they can give me that in 350-400. There is a lady manager at branch at cornell rd (beaverton), and she saw that we entered again in the store and told us that we are waisting their time and told us to get out of the store. I have never seen anyone talking so rude just because you entered into the store twice. In the conversation she started telling me that mattress world branch in beaverton belongs to her uncle, so it was obvious that she has become a manager just because of the fact that her uncle owns it. I would not prefer to go to such store which does not care for their customer. Even if you like to choose mattress world then try it at some other branch where they have a sense of talking with customers. Want to know the best, buy it from Costco.
