Was happy there until it came time to renew my lease. When my lease came up for renewal I was told I would renew at $845 which was last years amount. But, a two bedroom like mine was now renting to new families at $795. I requested that rate and was told that $825 was market rate. I called and asked again for the $795 and my calls were not returned so I moved out. I was very frustrated because the move was expensive. The good news is I found a beautiful apartment at Sorrento Bluff just 2 miles away. I guess the bottom line is they were so unreasonable and unfair about the rent it left me no choice but to move. Great place to be. Beautiful views, Pine trees, Mt hood. The management is really nice, Land scape good, and Clean. Fast service on maintenance requests. The management is trying to have get togethers, and a news letter for the complex. I would recommend it. View Less …

The Landscape is not very attractive,not very many flowers,The landscaper do not do a very good job, They use blowers but when they are done our think they are they leave a mess by the front doors,they dont blow off the patios ever, When you need thngs done it may never get done,like in your apartment when you make out a maintence request, things happen very slow to get things resolved, they used to have paties for the residents but very seldom anymore, The manament is not very people freindly,I talked to a few residents that are here,need major improvement View Less …
