no parking and lots of dogs. I too came to rent an apt here and when I arrived to move in with my u-haul found that the apt I was promised was not avail. I was told new doors counter ect would be put in mine i got an unremodeled unit. On the upside it is quiet here. You have to watch where you stept as there is dog stuff every where from tenants not picking up after there animals. Parking is not exsistant. Rent increase 31%. When I moved here they showed me one apartment but when I arrived they gave me another older smoke filled one. Only explanation I received Sorry we rented the other one. Nice to know with my U-haul parked in the lot. Now after being a good tenant and paying my rent on time they raised my rent 23% if I signed a long-term lease and 31% if I dont. Management here sucks too bad not a bad complex if it was run right. Oh and beware of the guy that runs a motorcycle repair out of his garage the noise is awful all weekend long. And his 8-year-old kid rides his little motorcycle around the parking lot at fairly high speeds. Dont let the Pit Bull that runs around off leash scare you he is a nice dog. View Less …
