Dear Ron, This morning I realized that one of the tires on our car was getting pretty low on air pressure. I thought it had enough pressure to make it a couple of miles and remembered driving past your Store every morning on the way to work. I’m normally a Les Schwab or Tire Factory patron but didn’t think I could make it that far. I did think that I could make it to your store since it was only a couple of miles away. When I arrived at your Store I met one of your folks in the service bay. I told him that I thought my tire was going flat. He immediately directed me to a side lift bay and looked at the tire. He asked me if I had the key lug to unlock the tires. I had no idea what he was talking about, so he showed me and both of us started looking for the key lug. He said that sometimes they kept the key lugs in with the spare tire so we looked and there it was. He took off the tire, found a screw imbedded in the tread and proceeded to fix the flat tire. Not only did he repair the screw hole, but afterwards he dunked the tire into a water bath to check further for leaks. In the mean time someone from the office came out and offered me a free 15 point safety inspection which I had to turn down because of time. The attendant finished my tire repair and made sure all the lug bolts were properly torque then checked the rest of my tires for pressure. I have never shopped at you Store before, this was my first time. I completely expected to be charged at least $25.00 for stopping in unannounced and having my tire fixed. I was shocked and surprised when your billing person said that the total charge was $13.00! I can’t remember having a better experience at a auto shop than today at your Store! Thank you and your folks for helping me and I was very glad to see that you also do automobile service and repair. This is the best place in town! They are very friendly and professional, and they offer really competitive rates. Everything is guaranteed and when you buy your tires there, they do all flat repairs for free, rotate for free and there's always a nice, fresh, hot cup of coffee waiting for you ( and donuts every Friday!). These folks know what they're talking about, and the best thing is they don't push services on you that you don't need...I really appreciate that! Since they are also a full service automotive repair shop, I can have all my vehicle work done at the same place. I would highly recommend this place to everyone in my circle, and to anyone who is looking for a great place to do business.
