We just bought a TV, blu-ray player, and sound bar with mixed results. The prices were good, but possibly no better than what we could get at Best Buy or Walmart. The problem we had was that they wanted us to buy the Samsung blu-ray and it was a dog. They had a stack of Samsung blu-rays that they obviously needed to sell and I thing Samsung sent them a bunch of defective devices. We returned the first one because it wouldn't stay powered on, then returned the second one because it failed to connect to our network. At that point, we had to pay an extra $25 for a Sony, losing some of the money we saved in the first place (the Sony blu-ray is great, by the way). Video Only sales personnel were very helpful during our first visit and not so interested during the second and third visits when I was returning the bad Samsung blu-rays. Mixed bag, but I will never shop at this store again. I want to be able to return defective goods for a full refund and Video Only doesn't allow this.

Best prices in town but don't get eaten by the sharks. If you know what you want and have shopped around they will definitely give you the best price. You just gotta ask! But do your homework first.

A used car lot for TVs.. The title explains it all, my husband and I felt like we walked into a used car lot. Bad service, bad customer relations, and horrible bahavior by the staff. We felt the salesman felt it was more important to watch TV, then help the customers. The deals are better at other stores...Do not be lied to by them.

Great Service!!. I bought a Panasonic tv. Sales person knew what he was talking about, didn't try to over sell me. Helped me find what would best suit my needs and then gave me a great price on all that I bought. I felt like it was a breath of fresh air compared to other sales barrages I have faced. Then I bought the cable I needed from Radio Shack for $30, called Video Only and bought the same cable for $8, took the other back. I expect I will have this same service whenever I go in there and I would expect it for everyone else!

Worst Service Ever. I have never written a review but I have to this time to warn people. I shopped at Video Only for a tv to try and be somewhat local.

I was lied to about everything. I found lower prices, but there's was the best in town... OK. I was told Panasonic signed an exclusive deal with Netflix... not true either. Everything was a lie.

Then my TV broke. I had it for four months... wow. I spent 1000 by the way. I had lost the receipt but had the credit card. They didn't care. They weren't willing to help.

I called a tv repair shop. I told him my story and he said I was still under warranty with panasonic. How simple was that. Video Only could have told me that. Instead they didn't want anything to do with me. They don't even deserve a star.

great price if you know what you want. I dont really write reviews but, once in your life you need to take life by the balls and man up. This store is not for a sissy man to go into and have their soft little hands held by grandma. If you go into this store you need to walk in with authority. You know by Oden's Hammer what damm tv you want and how much you will pay, dammit.

Once you leave this store you are not coming back, jack. You will get on the bus, gus. Cuz the return policy sucks, nuts. But if you do have the balls to buy a tv here you can now spend the money you saved on the ladies who walk down 82nd every night. And helping those women is really what buying a tv is all about. God Bless America!

Beware of their financing bait and switch tactics.. At Video only "You'll be Sorry". Especially if you choose to take their slick sales men's advise on financing. They offered my wife and I 1 year no payments and deferred interest. In reality it was only 8 months! No I'm being force to pay extra interest. I could have paid for the tv up front. but i was sold on the convenience the financing would bring. Beware of this vendor. Pay cash or just stay away. Don't trust them with you money.
