Nolan's Tire Factory

These guys keep me rollin'. I have been taking all my different cars to Nolan's for the last 8 years. I found them in Gresham cuz they were the most resonably priced in the neighborhood, even though we have all the major tire stores out here as well. I've gotten to know them all quite well; from Dan to Juan (who remembers customers by their cars), to the blonde-haired guy, whose name I always forget, but was so helpful last month when I had a flat, to Nolan himself. They always have an eager to help attitude, offer to drop u off and pick u up for longer services like the brakes i got done a couple of weeks ago, and most importantly, they put my needs above anything else. Dan went above and beyond to get my brakes fixed when there was a problem. Juan even got my purse out of the car for me when I forgot it. That was definitely going the extra mile. They understand when I can't do everything I want to or need to all at once and they are patient enough to work with me. Whether it's a $25 used tire to a brand new set or new brakes, they treat me as the same valued customer. The prices include mounting and balancing and installation, no hidden charges or extras, it's all up front and honest. This is a business run with integrity and respect, which is important to me when it comes to auto shops as a single woman that has been taken advantage of by other shops. As u can probably tell, I've spent some time here recently and I would not trust the safety of my most precious cargo to anyone else.
