Just received one dozen red roses for my anniversary. Last year my husband ordered anniversary flowers from Nancy's and they arrived already almost completely open and were dead the next day. Same thing this year. All of them are almost entirely open and most will be going in the garbage tomorrow. After last year's disappointment I told my husband not to order from Nancy's again but he obviously forgot. I've received gorgeous roses from other florists in the past and the roses arrive closed so you can enjoy them for several days. It's extremely awkward and sad to receive roses from my husband, who is trying to make me happy, and to conceal my disappointment because the roses are practically dead when they arrive. Hopefully next year he'll remember not to use Nancy's. Two years in a row of receiving nearly dead flowers is not a coincidence - it's a trend. I do not recommend Nancy's Floral.

Worst flowers/service! I ordered flowers for my mom for Mother's day and figured it would be perfect. WRONG!!! They showed up and the arrangement was HALF the size I was told. I took pictures and held up rulers and it was so sparse that it was just some flowers thrown in a vase. I compared the arrangement in front of me with the one online and there was nothing similar. I called the delivery man and he fought on the phone and spat out, "do you want more babies breath"??? No, I want the arrangement I ordered. "Well we were running low on flowers due to the holiday." They weren't the least bit concerned that the order was half assed. It's your job as a business to be prepared for holidays....not mine. I used to do this for a living! So never got a response. I called up the company I put the order in with and they felt so bad that they put the order in with the florist I wanted to begin with. I will NEVER use them again!!! Worst experience ever with a florist!

Rude beyond measure.. I called to order corsages for my mother and grandmother on Mother's Day. When I asked to have them delivered I was informed of a substantial fee on top of their usual delivery charge for the floral pieces to be dropped off during Mother's Day weekend. I began to protest the additional charges and the woman on the phone simply hung up on me. Not knowing if it was purposeful, I called back. The same woman answered and told me she didn't have time to argue with customers over prices and that she was very busy preparing orders for the holiday. When I asked to speak to the manager she claimed to be her. I then asked for the number of the owner, which she provided and then hung up on me again before I was finished. When I called the owners number I left a message. My call was never returned. It is no wonder that Nancy's has developed such a horrible reputation around Gresham.

Perfect Wedding Flowers!. I worked with Rob for my wedding flowers, and he was extremely accommodating when it came to my budget as well as the look and feel I was going for. The day of the wedding, I realized I needed the flowers a little earlier than we originally specified, and it wasn't a problem at all! When the flowers arrived, they were more than I ever could have expected! Absolutely stunning! I couldn't stop staring at my bouquet. We had a perfect wedding with perfect flowers. Thanks Nancy's Floral!

So Helpful With My Last Minute Request. Although I wouldn't recommend ordering flowers last minute, I had a situation where I had to order two large flower arrangements at 6pm on Thursday night for a Friday morning memorial service. There were no florists available that I called that could complete my request, and Nancy's 24 hr service was great! Bill, the night time guy, was so helpful in coming up with flower arrangements that could be finished in an hour since they opened at 8am and I needed them by 9am. They came out so beautiful!! More than I had expected in such a rush. Bill even helped me come up with great things to say on the card too. I called in the morning to make sure everything was ready. The customer service was great and I will definitely refer people to Nancy's again.

Poor Flower Quality and Unhelpful Staff. I received flowers for Mother's Day from my son. He purchased the flowers online. They arrived on Saturday afternoon. By Sunday morning, the petals were dropping off and the roses were sagging. I contacted the online service that he ordered them from and they rescheduled a new delivery of flowers. No flowers every came. When I contacted Nancy's Floral, they were most unhelpful and did not seem the least concerned that the flowers were not fresh. I will not do business with this florist again...there are many other florists that stand by their work.

Bad Flowers. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my mother to commemorate her 50th wedding anniversary. The flowers arrived on Friday afternoon. The bouquet contained gerber daisies and roses. By Saturday afternoon the roses were dead. The gerber daisies soon followed. When my mother called to let them know how quickly the bouquet died, she was told by the proprietor that it was my fault as the customer because of the flowers I ordered. They also misrepresented the order to her, giving her the impression I specifically requested these flowers. The flowers ordered were one of their catalog selections offered online. No disclaimers were given regarding viability of the flowers.

I was incredibly disappointed and will refrain from using or recommending this business to anyone. My attempts to resolve the matter have been ignored.

Flowers were very late!. I ordered a basket of flowers for my mom from this floral shop because back in highschool I use to get all my school dance flowers her and was considering them for my upcoming wedding. However, the flowers were suppose to be delievered by 1pm and by 3pm they still weren't there. When I called they were in transit. Whats worse is my mom was to be leaving her work soon so I was afraid she wouldn't get them. At about 4:30 Nacy's Floral called my mom to tell her they were on their way and pretty much ruined the surprise. They didn't end up getting there until after 5pm. My mom waited around work for them to come because she was suppose to leave at 4pm. The flowers were okay, nothing like I had asked for though. It was suppose to be an anniversary basket but it looked very spring to me.

Wonderful for Weddings too!. Rob was very helpful in helping choose color and variety of flowers for wedding theme. He was a very detailed , organized, and knowedgeable with our large order. Yhe flowers tuurned out better then I could image for my wedding day. Everyone commented on the flowers and I refered them to Rob. Thanks for making "Our" big day beauitful.
