"A few months ago, I presented DFI with a huge problem: I came in one day and found my office manager had to take an immediate leave of absence. A few days later, my chief dental assistant went on emergency maternity leave. I was in completed disarray with no staff and no one to even answer the phone, let alone perform the day-to-day operations. Thanks to DFI, I was able to keep my doors open with temporary help, which eventually turned into permanency. NOw we are back on track and things are approaching normalcy. I cannot express the gratitude I have for the assistance I received at a time most critical. You performed for me on my schedule, were courteous and efficient. Thank you again."
