I was able to bring my car in the day I called and they promptly diagnosed the problem. It was a fairly painless problem -- they even offered me a ride to work. The car has been working perfect since then and I am very pleased.

Was supposed to do a tranny service, but didn't do anything but fill good transmission fluid in with the bad fluid. Requested refund but wouldn't give full refund for the horrible service. Said there was nothing they could do.
