What People Are Saying About Radio Cab Company
On Time and English Speaking!!!
by mikemartello
I never use any other company. I learned my lesson in Portland. I called more than one cab for a party and the drivers were on time every time i called. Which was important for the NCAA championships. Great service!!!
- Pros: Helpful, friendly drivers.
- Cons: Not enough vans

According to most state child support laws, Oregon including, you can get your license revoked for not paying child support, also you can be sentenced to jail terms.
What you post has to do with Radio Cab is beyond me, cab drivers are independent contractors, you can go after a dealer for child support and the state will still pursue it. Further more, love radio cab, good for the community good for you !
- Pros: decent drivers, pleasurable services
- Cons: mainly contract drivers
In my opinion they are retarded

When I quit Radio Cab for a company that was better in my opinion I was told " You are the scumm of the earth, go to hell you piece of sh*t." by management. Long story behind it, but the rumor was the manager was asking around if anyone was planning on leaving so the position could be filled by a stripper met a few days before at a strip club. I thought it was funny since I had friends and the other dispatchers knew people who applied long before, but was put to the back of the list of the many other applications. So I decided to not show back up again. (A dispatcher who works there still told me the girl didnt last more than 2 days).
This company has drivers who call other smaller companies to pretending to owners of establishments (Gary) and threaten to call police if the driver doesnt leave the front of the establishment. To verify this was an actual owner and not a driver of a competing company, I called him on a different number and set up a time call to the airport. The guy told me he was driving and had to pull over to take the information. I gave him all the info, and he told me he would be there at 5am sharp. I guess this guy didnt want anyone else to have another option for tranportation except for him if they didnt want to wait, as the driver saw him outfront.
Out of all the companies, Radio Cab is the only company that has drivers harrassing us and all the other smaller companies. If they were such a great company, they would not need to worry about everyone else and mind there own buisness.
When our company becomes to busy to handle the amount of calls we recieve, we pass them off to another company that is more profesional than them such as Green Cab or Portland Taxi.
- Pros: only some of your few good employees
- Cons: basically everything
