Buddies Flowers

Terrible customer service. Buddies has a good selection of flowers and is a neat flourist shop, but has really bad customer service. I called to place an order for flowers for my wife today and they hung up on me when I requested a spring bouquet without a vase. My business with Buddies is over. I would much rather have a nice flourist with a smaller selection help me pick out/arrange flowers for my wife than a flourist with a large selection but no customer service skills. There are to many flower shops around to treat customers this way.
