Consistenly great food & service

I have been here a few times now & have never been dissapointed. The girls are always friendly & the food is great. I highly reccomend the wilted spinach salad! The fish & chips are the best I've ever had & the pastas are to die for. I always have the crab wontons to start -yum!!! My husband had the bay shrimp sandwich the last time and wasn't too happy, but what do you expect - its bay shrimp, cheese & tartar on grilled bread. If it sounds good there, it usually is, but steer away from odd sounding menu items.

I also happened to stop by for happy hour & left full without spending much...on food that is...my bill was mostly from the excellent cocktails.

A great neighborhood restaurant.

Great Service!

For those of you looking for a non-corporate local restaurant to have a good drink and a decent meal, consider Walter Mitty's next time. Mitty's breeds an EXCELLENT Wilted Spinach salad, which seems to be the selection of at least one person at every table. Also, DO NOT ignore the halibut fish and chips,. Plentiful and absolutely great...worth the price for sure. Service is somewhat hit and miss- the asian bartender is stellar at shakin' a martini and probably the best server I've had anywhere in months. Overall, a friendly staff, good eatin' and a low-key hangout (not to mention the dining patio in the summer).
