I am really happy with this store. They have a great return policy (compared to Target and Toys r us) Friendly staff. They really treat my son well when he is there trying to be a mini adult. They have a great selection of Star wars, Lego, and play mobile. They are like the Toy Stores I used to go to as a kid, not the big box stores that are so popular now.

Pros: Good customer service, great selection

Cons: a little more expensive than big box stores

Stale inventory. Months can go bye and walking into the store is no different than the day you walked in months before. VERY SLOW to put inventory on floor to sell to patrons, and not all that polite on the phone and misinforms you on when to check back for items to be placed on floor. Called one day on certain figures they received that day, told to check back in few days to be put into computer inventory system. Checked back in few days and a week later and still not in computer. Guess they're in no hurry to sell these new figures. If items are hot collectible items they hoard shipments and list on eBay for themselves rather than retailing them to the public. After all, they are a toy retailer...are they not? Not impressed with their customer service as of late and I won't be patroning their store anymore. Time to find someone else who does retail to the public and not just solely eBay (wherein they contribute to the inflatted costs) of certain sought after collectibles. Moreover, they do not carry popular collectibles like Stargate action figures, complete Halo figure sets...WAY TOO MUCH Star Wars, Justice League, Barbies, Hotwheels and Matchbox, and McFarlane sports, movie, and comic book action figures that have little to no collectible value.

Cons: Adds $1-5 more to selling price than standard retail found at stores like Target, Toys r Us, etc.
