Very Rude, Hung up on me, Would not do business with

Apparently he is too busy with all the heat to treat a potential customer right. I called in to get some information about servicing my sprinkler system. I first asked about availability and he told me he is super busy and won't be able to find an opening for 2 weeks. That's fine I understand that, it's supposed to be over 100 degrees F this weekend. Then I asked the next obvious question how much is it. He tells me it will be $95 for a service call and $120 for the first hour. So that's $215 before even doing anything. He mentions additional fees, so I do the obvious and inquire about additional fees.

The next thing I know he says, "It sounds like you're price shopping. I don't need to deal with you." CLICK....

Well if that's how you're going to treat someone I would rather not do business with you either. I can take my hard earned money and give it to someone who will give me good service and Respect. I for one do not have to take your poor attitude and disrespect. I will definately not do business with you and recommend others to stay away from AL Sievers Landscape & Sprnklr who does not respect potential customers or actual customers.

Think about it, if he treats someone who is ready and willing to spend money this way, what's going to happen when you actually decide to have service done. If it starts bad it will only get worse. Buyer Beware. Customer service is very important in a service company, but apparently not to AL Sievers. STAY AWAY from AL Sievers Landscape & Sprinkler.
