The reviewer below clearly did not CALL THE STORE to see if they were buying that day.
The store only buys clothing certain days a week, and when space allows, which is reasonable.
Showing up with a ton of clothes without calling first then finding out it isnt a buying day, leaving a hateful review...that is just ridiculous.
I have always had a great experience both buying and selling clothes with my wife here, and the staff ladies are so polite.
Prices are always very reasonable
and they have sales all the time!

VERY DISSAPOINTED!!!.
I searched online for quite some time looking for places in Portland to sell my wedding gown. On my day off I drove all the way here from Gresham, OR.
My sister was with me. I had so much stuff from my wedding to sell that my sister had to help me carry everything in. I had a large garment bag in hand.
As I approached the counter the woman had the nerve to point to this tiny sign in the window and rudely said, "I'm not buying anything at this time". She made me feel like it was my fault that I didn't read this small sign in the window.
I said, "This is the first time that I've been here, and I didn't see your tiny sign in the window!" That's when she said, "I'll be buying stuff in early January". I WOULD NEVER RETURN THERE!
Instead I drove all the way to The Cats Meow in Salem, OR. The owner was very nice to me and took all of the items that I brought. I would definitely not recommend wasting your time going to this place.
