Great Apartment! Great Value. We stayed at the Oregon City Extended Stay Northwest for a couple months. We were very satisfied with the apartment. The house was very unique and we were able to stay with our dogs. The staff was very friendly and prompt. The apartment was fully stocked with dishes and clean linens. We will be back next time we are needing housing in this area.…
Dirty on the outside and damp and musky on the inside.
Facts: It took them 3 weeks to bring us a key to the apartment after we moved in.
It was suppose to have dishes but when we called to get them they actually asked us to come and pick them up! Which would have been an hour round trip.
We stayed there for three months and a lot of things went wrong and continued calls were never returned. When we checked out they did a walk through and assured us of a speedy return of what they claim was a deposit, long story but suffice it to say we are now having to sue them.
In the rare instance that they answered our calls we were assured that our money was in the mail, they are a joke of a business, STAY AWAY FROM NW EXTENDED STAY!…
GREAT COMPANY !!!. I just came across this forum and had to write a note to counterbalance the first posting. This is a Great Company with really nice people. Our Company has been affiliated with Extended Stay Northwest since 2004 and have always had good experiences with Pat and her entire staff. Our technicians have always been very comfortable in the apartments. On occassion, we have a technician that seem to have a lot of extra needs. Pat has always been very prompt in meeting those needs and taking care of our techs. I would recommend Extended Stay Northwest to anyone who needs a nice place to stay.…
We definitely would stay again !!!. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that was simply awesome for our family. It had a full kitchen and a laundry room on site. We had nothing but courtious service from Steve and Pat. We had a couple issues come up but they were handled immediately and we were very happy. This is definitely better than an expensive hotel.…
Totally unprofessional. We used this service a few years ago for a one week, and had a small misunderstanding regarding the deposit, but overall the stay was nice. We thought we would give them a try again, for a two week stay in September. Pat the woman who seems to run the company, did not return phone calls or emails. We finally were able to contact her via email, she asked that we contact her the next week, closer to the date. The next time I spoke with her she seemed to have completely forgotten our previous conversations (and the fact that I had left her several messages discussing my needs) and gave me different information. She was unprofessional on so many levels, and I would not advise anyone to use their services.…
