Not a great experience. I went to this place years back to get my hair styled for a formal event. I asked for an updo with curls and ended up with with a plain french twist plastered down with hairspray. The person who was doing my hair said she had an idea, but it wasn't even close to what I asked for. This was the absolute worst job I have ever had done on my hair. It would have turned out better if I had just done it myself. Maybe it has improved since then, but I won't go back.
