We want Winks Back. We loved this place and use to go there every week and we know many others who did the same. This was a great loss and we need them back.

Good food and drinks. I've lived in the Troutdale/Gresham/Fairview area for the past 20 years and had never been to Winks, so I finally broke down and gave them a try. It's about what I expected. On a scale of 1 to 10, I'd give the food about a 7. My favorite mixed drink is red bull & vodka (i know, not a good mix); Wink's charges $9.00 a piece for them though (with Smirnoff vodka) so I probably won't be going there for drinks anymore. The staff was friendly/nice. The place is due for a remodel which would make it a nicer hangout. Some people like the slightly "dive" kind of bars though, so maybe they will keep it as is?? I will go there again sometime, but it probably won't be anytime soon.

HORRIBLE SERVICE...Double Booked Banquet Room!!! Booted Us!. My family booked a surprise birthday party in their banquet room 2 months in advance. When we called to let them know how many RSVPs (the monday prior to the event) they stated that they did not have us down for reserving the room and that someone else was already booked. I will never ever go to their restaurant again because this put a horrible strain on my family since we had to find another location at the last minute and call all of our guest. DO NOT EAT THERE OR BOOK AN EVENT THERE!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!! It's definitely their loss though because they lost over $700 from our party. Young adults + lots of drinks = $$$$$$$$ they missed out on. So for those looking to book any kind of event STAY AWAY FROM WINKS BECAUSE THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO KEEP THEIR BOOKS STRAIGHT!!!!!!

Great Atmosphere, Excellent Food!!. Living in Portland, it's nice to have a place like Winks to escape to. We go there every few weeks and were just there. Each time the service is excellent and the menu has a wide variety of selections at a decent price.

We always leave talking about how wonderful the food is, we have never had a bad experience. I highly recommend!

Avoid it, not worth a dime. Between the bad food and rude service, we couldn't wait to get out of there. It was like entering a backwater tavern in the swamps of georgia. The food tasted like it was left out too long and then reheated. Our complaint to the waitress was met with disgust and an offer to reheat the food again. Also, the amount of vulgarity coming from the mouths of some of the other patrons would make this an unfriendly place for families. So, if you're out on the east side, avoid Winks!!

hands down. The best kept secret in the east side. Best pizza in portland metro. And good car show every wednesday night.
