I have been going to the C.I every week for over 2 years now. The food alone would give it a 5-star rating. The band (Conroy-DeBrie) alone would give it a 5 star. The combination of both in one venue keeps me coming back every week (usually 2 nights per week!) As far as the parking issues some have commented on, I have never seen anyone towed from the C.I. parking, but have heard a number of problems with parking on the Juan Colorado spots. Every time I visit my family from out
of state I have to make a stop at the CI bar. It's not much to look at from the exterior-nor the interior for that matter-but it's a great place for a cold beer,
generously liquored cocktails, and what I would say is better than average bar food. I highly recommend their salads (especially the fajita salad-beware that it is a ton food!)
I consider all of these to be "bonuses" to the biggest draw that this place has for me: the live music on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. It isn't the kind of music that I normally listen to (I'm 25, and admittedly not a huge audiophile) but the talent of the musicians at the CI lends timelessness and the possibility for cross-generational enjoyment and extreme entertainment.…

CI Grill has a contract with Retriever Towing, a company which has hundreds of complaints with the Better Business Bureau, and has been featured on KATU and the Oregonian multiple times for "Predatory Practices". CI Bar & Grill has a contract with Retriever towing and lets the tow company keep surveillance on their lot, and splits commissions on $350.00 tow bills customers are charged. I parked in the lot CI Bar & Grill shares with Juan Colorado. The space where I parked in the lot said "Customers only" not CI Bar & Grill costumers only... I went into Juan Colorado for my take out order, came out 3 minutes later at most, and my car had been towed.
What a terrible way to take advantage of people. I called the Tualatin Police, they said it's a regular occurrence there, and unfortunately there is nothing they can do about it, because it's CI Bar & Grill's property and their free to post the misleading signs in order to profit from towing people.
They should stop stealing peoples money and put "CI Bar&Grill Customer Parking Only" on their signs and instead of misleading "Customer Parking Only" which makes one assume costumers of the neighboring Juan Colorado can park there as well.
Shame on CI Bar and Grill…
