terrible service. We were seated outside on a sunny day to enjoy a Birthday Brunch. The waiter did not acknowledge us even after walking past us several times. We finally had to ask to place an order and when we did he looked at us funny as if our request was unusual. (We had asked for fresh whole milk for our coffee instead of the little containers of half and half which were sitting in the sun and for who knows how long). The waiter had no personality did not smile and was not friendly. The coffee was not served until our meal was served-by another waiter I might add and we had to ask for spoons, ketchup, tabasco, jam, etc. I even got up and retrieved a set of salt and pepper from another table. The food was good but cold within minutes of being set down on the table. He passed us by with the coffee twice and we finally had to ask for a refill. When we complained to management he just made excusses and didn't even offer to buy our coffee. Needless to say, I will never eat there again. (I was a waitress for eight years)

Highly Recommend...if you have not been to Hayden's, certainly consider it ! You will most likely return!!. This restaurant is one of the best in the area! It can get crowded but it is worth the wait. Atmosphere is clean and upscale. Food has always been very good and quick, in my personal experience. Waitresses are friendly and will accomodate your needs. Aimie and Miranda are very cheerful and wonderful to converse with; they will make your visit very pleasant! Weekends are extremely busy, espically when Tim & Jim are there! These guys are the best and a must see! Visit Hayden's and have a great time and enjoy the food! Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner will not be disappointing! See ya there.....

A+ On Food-Service-And Ambience. I love Hayden's whether it is for breakfast, lunch, or dinner I am hooked! The restaurant is warm and inviting with staff that do not sound like "corporate robots" taking your order! Everytime I am in I see the staff visiting with other locals that have found this incredible place to eat. I came in last Sunday for Brunch and they had a live Jazz Trio and complimentary champagne when I ordered my meal - talk about hitting the spot! Tim and Jim are amazing in the bar along with the cocktails! The food is amazing with so many options to choose from this is my favorite place to get a great meal! I can't wait until summer to sit next to the lake! Cheers!

Good food, TERRIBLE bar service.. The food is great. But i would stay out of the bar. The service is TERRIBLE. I have been there more than a dozen times and I swear the cocktail waitresses spat on our food. They are very cold and short.

bad service, food....but the music is good!. My husband and I have been to Haydens several times since moving to Tualatin, mostly for happy hour, since having dinner there once and being disappointed. the only thing that continues to draw us in is the live music on the weekends. the food is nothing special AT ALL, the cocktails are the same, and the service is beyond horrible, there always seems to be a HUGE lack of staff.

Most annoying service award. This place used to be a favorite of mine, but has certainly gone downhill. The food was OK, but the wait staff was incredibly annoying. They consistently interruped my sentences, and those of my date. We were unable to have a cohesive conversation because the staff demanded our attention so frequently. I have never experienced anything like it and hope to never again!

This place has seriously SLIPPED!!. Used to be a frequent diner here, but it is now relegated to warm weather brunches only, because it's hard to screw up brunch!

The new chef's menu is unimaginative, and the service is awful! I used to overlook the poor service because of the food, but it's just not worth it anymore. I miss the other chef who would come out and talk before and after dinner......There are so many other fabulous dining adventures now that Bridgeport is up and running.....go there before you take this detour.

Best dining in the southwest. My family and I come to Hayden's all the time, and it is definitely one of our favorites. Even with all the new bridgeport restaurants in the area, Hayden's remains the best food and service in the area. Always great parking (which is important when you're hungry). Also we had my sister's wedding reception here and the banquet staff was GREAT. They also have new smaller portions available on the menus which is perfect for myself who always ends up with leftovers. Save your self from the hassle of the bridgeport area and come here!

Worst steak dinner I experienced. Stick to breakfast only.. I have dinner with my wife on Aug 19, 2007 at Hayden's Lakefront Grill.

I ordered a 3 Course wine dinner and she had a salad and a Chicken Pie. My steak was late (the guy at the next table already finished his dinner) and my steak was ruined as they over cooked it. The worst was her salad never comes. The outdoor service was not good as the waiters were running around but didn?t really tentative to the diner's need. I was not offer pepper for my salad when they served it. It seems that they can only doing one thing at a time.

I kept the receipt to remind me never to go there again. I will not suggest any of my friends to try their dinner.

However, my previous two breakfast experiences at Hayden?s were good

Weekend Nights at the Bar. Great place to do happy hour on the weekends especially after 9. Live music is great, food is awesome and great prices. Look for nights when Tim and Jim are playing.
