Vessely Center

Kind of petty don't you think. I got an email with a special on botox so I booked an appointment. When I went in I mentioned the discount to the receptionist. She said the special was over. I figured I had gotten the dates wrong.

When I went home that night I checked my email and sure enough I was right. I called and asked for the discount to be credited. They said you couldn't get the discount after the fact. I explained how I had brought it up at the beginning, etc, etc. I had them ask the doctor and she would not budge.

I thought this was not good customer service on their part and I haven't been back. How much trouble would it have been to honor the discount?…

I have been going to The Vessely Center for many years now and I have had nothing but excellent care and service, The staff are knowledgeable about all the services that are avaliable from skincare to laser resurfacing to botox to hair removal. I know that I am being told the truth about all the procedures, like risks, "what to expect",pre and post care. Once you meet Dr. Vessely you know that your safety comes first before anything else. I recommend the Vessely Center to all my friend and family because i know that they will treated with care and repect. This is a high end medical office that is up to date with the best equipment and techniques for the facial plastic field.…
