So they've had my motorhome for 5 full days for diagnosis and exterior clean. I called tonight to get a status update and received a "what? no one called you?" from the guy on the other end. He then proceeded to rapidly inform me of 4 different problems but could not tell me the cause of the problems (ex: belt squeaking on startup could be bad belt or worse. and I'm not sure which belt it is, an engine oil leak but might just be from the oil pan, etc.) I'm sorry but when I'm paying you to diagnose any potential problems, I'd really like to know what is causing them! Wish I had read these reviews first.

I have to agree. I called for a very simple problem and I was treated with disrespect and no help! They dont seem to care what good customer service will bring. A convenient location just isnt going to do it!

BEWARE !! Quoted one price then doubled it in the middle of the work. Do not deal with Dave.

POOR SERVICE. these people that run this one are out to lunch no management... they are rude, not friendly.... not helpful

prices are way to high... don't buy prices to high, service sucks...

and the other store is even more bad Gresham they are completely rude.... over priced.... they use to be good but now i would never go back.....

Customer noservice. Called to make an appointment for repair. 1) their phone was stuck on "we are not here". 2) finally reached someone and the response was "what?". Not "How can I help you?", or "How are you doing?". It felt like I was an inconvenience. 3) Then their computers were hung and he could not even make an appointment. Hung up after we sat there for 15 minutes. Ugh!

In general all my visits there have been this way. (3 in the past). Even when shopping there for parts it is very difficult to get someone to help you. I'm looking for someone else to take care of my RV. I'll not go back.

customer service?. Recently visited this store to buy a part for my RV. There must have been 10 employees and 2 customers.

I could not get anyone to assist me. Finally found a helpful cashier. Employees need some customer service training.
