Billed for taking long breaks. Prestige Moving was helpful, arrived on time, and got the job done. They also billed for taking long breaks including taking over 35 minutes to drive 7 miles on good roads on a traffic free day. This normally takes less than 15 minutes for a car. In addition, while loading and unloading, they would take long breaks in between carrying the lighter furnishings.

Portland Movers - Great Service. I want to thank you for the excellent condition of the furniture and household goods you delivered June 21 after two years in storage. I also want to commend Adam and Anthony for a “ job well done”. They performed their duties in a very professional manner and are a credit to your organization.

Customer Service that Hngs up on you when they do not get your business. Prestige only works in the here/now with no consideration for the future.. The agent who contacted me, a day before our scheduled appointment, decided to hang up on me once I let him know I went with another company. He took lead with the conversation before I could let him know after speaking with me for about one minute.

I called to report this from the number listed below and got the run around of a rep. who answered the phone. I let her know that it appears she is stalling with taking down my complaint and she also informed me that there was no info. about me in her computer. In quote, I told her" It is apparent you are stalling and giving me the run around. Please hold while I look up this email, to give you more than just my name/number as an identifyer." She immediately called me rude and hung up.

I am so happy I did not use your service. If I do not get a response, I will be happy to put feedback on the internet concerning your poor customer service. I'd rather utilize a Latino owned company rather than one like yours that is connected with Allied, who has a decent reputation.

Thank you or showing your true persona before I had a chance to even reconsider you for the future.

I look forward to your response on how you will better educate your representatives on not hanging up the phone. (prestige company) In the meantime, I will put this feedback on the web if I do not hear from you. I have been hung up on twice by your company reps. Something must be done about this.

AS YOU CAN SEE. I NEVER GOT A RESPONSE! THANKS AGAIN FOR THE CONFIRMATION TO DISPLAY MY EMAIL.
