Unsatisfying Olive Garden, in my opinion. Bad Service and cold food. I have been to may Olive Gardens in Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Washington. I had bee driving for hours and some how my GPS ran me right onto Burnside as we were moving to another highway. It was later in the evening and was beginning to tire and was in need of dinner. The staff appeared to be more concerned about cleaning up for the next days business than taking care of the few customers that were dining. No offers for more soup, salad, or bread sticks, meal was luke warm and veggies were soft and mushy. I was hungry and ate it as we had to move on. I thought that the Olive Garden would be a sure bet .... but you luck folks in Gresham have the worst Olive Garden that I have ever visited. From what I see from other diners, it appears I am not the only one that feels that way.

Good food, bad service.. I love Olive Garden, my family and I have been going there for the longest time. The food is always amazing and there service really good. I went there twice in the last past month and got the same waitress. Both times were a bad experience because of her. I honesly dont know how she got hired there, I mean most of the time the waiters/ess are very friendly and outgoing. Our waitress was so sad looking, rude, and didnt find the time to want to help my gf and I. I dont want to say her name but she has brown hair and glasses, fairly around her 40's. We both felt like it was bad to ask for more soup and bread. (which normaly its always the waiter/ess asking us if we want more). Thats not how you should be feeling at a nice restraunt, and when she did bring our bread it was 2 pieces!!!. Very disapointed with her service. I did leave a 15% tip but had I not been a nice person I would have left nothing. I would recommend this restraunt to people because of the food and other waiters/ess, BUT hopfuly you dont get the same waitress as we did.

Traditional dishes and all -you-can-eat salad, soup and bread sticks are the draw at this upscale-casual Italian restaurant.. In Short
Established in 1982, this chain gained a following for its laid-back atmosphere and generous portions. Patrons settle into comfortable booths and tables in dining rooms with plants, artwork and décor reminiscient of the villas in the Tuscan countryside. Starters include scampi, sausage or pepperoni pizza, and several soup choices, as well as a signature seafood dip (crab, shrimp, cheese and marinara). Entrees include classics like lasagna, fettuccine Alfredo and chicken parmigiana. There are also "Garden Fare" options, which promise 30 percent fewer calories.

Yummy Alfredo!. The Gresham Olive Garden has to be mine and my husbands favorite. We've

had better consistency in service and food there. This location has the best and creamyest (sp?) zuppa toscana soup. That's our fav soup there. We also like to sit in the bar area to eat dinner because Shelly is our favorite waitress there. Shes great! She always remembers what we like. Even if we haven't visited in quite while. When you go to the Olive Garden, get alfredo sauce for dipping your breadsticks in. Olive Garden has the BEST alfredo sauce!

My Absolute Favorite Italian Restaurant!. The best salad and breadsticks ever! I love the "feel" of the restaurant. It can seem a bit pricey and its usually crowded. I think the tables are too close together. But, the food is great. They keep adding new entrees to their menu, so there's never a reason to be bored with the selection.

I just went to an "average" Italian restaurant and it made me realize just how awesome The Olive Garden is!

Overpriced Average Italian Food. This is overpriced average food. The salad was too salty. The Shellfish combo on pasta was average and was overpriced. The wine was good but the service was slow and he brought the wrong food to my neice. It was my sister's 60th birthday and I don't think we will return to this place. The waiter was new and you could tell that he should not have been waiting on tables yet, they need a better training system.
