In Short – Amity makes five different kinds of Pinot Noir, the backbone of most Oregon wineries. It also produces an "Eco-Wine," a Pinot Noir made without sulfites, and two occasional bottlings: the superb Winemaker's Reserve, which is held for as long as four years before release, and one small bottling made from estate-grown fruit. The late-harvest Gewurztraminer from the Juliard vineyard has been made only twice, and is now a collectible.
