Very cold conversation right off the bat....
After several rings
Woman: "Accurate Backfow".
Me: "Hello, my name is Aaron, I live _____ and I would like -"
Woman: "It'll be a minute" - HOLD
So, I hung up.
I'm not that picky, but I felt it was rude to interupt me after 10 words only to be put on hold immediatly without giving a reason or asking politely if I can wait.
