NEVER GOT BACK TO US!. This should rating should be o stars. This company should be removed from Angies list. After taking the time to fill out their detailed online request to have an estimate done, they never got back to us. We followed up with a call. The salesman was not very friendly, but we booked an estimate anyway. He came and did the estimate, said he would get back to us by the end of the week, AND NEVER DID. It's not even worth our time to think about following up with this kind of terrible customer service. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Very dissapointed. We just purchased a new home in November and were anxious to have our ductwork sealed and crawl space insulated. We called Home Visions West who offered to come out and “air test” our home and ductwork for $246. Linda, a “Certified Specialist” came out with a technician to do the testing which took about 2 hours. She was very nice and got us very excited about the services her company could offer. We paid her $246 and she gave us a receipt with a few cryptic numbers and a promise to give us an estimate to repair the ductwork, insulation, and possibly new windows. She called a week later and said the bid would be delayed for a few days due to health problems. Two weeks later she emailed me and said she would provide the estimate later that day. I never heard from her again. I called the office twice and asked the receptionist to leave a message, but no one ever returned my call. I called and talked to Paul, the salesperson who initially set up the testing, and he said he would check on the status of our estimate. He never got back to me. I wrote Home Visions West and asked for a refund, but they continue to ignore me. Judging by some of the other comments on Angie’s list, they seem to “cherry pick” their jobs and only work with easy jobs where they can make a lot of money. I resent having to pay them $246 and just want our money back.

Save energy and be satisfied. One would think that more people would take up the opportunity to save money, secure their real estate investment and do their small bit for reducing our astonishing dependence on that squished remains of life wedged miles below the surface. If you are thinking of it, then Home Visions West is your contractor. We recently had a 'full home energy makeover' and their attention to detail was noticeable. Talk about under promise and over deliver. A hard working outfit looking to make sure that the paying customer is satisified.
