good beds, BUT customer service SUCKS!. I have been a customer at Club Tan for a year now and there customer service SUCKS! after my membership expires I WILL NOT BE RENEWING. ALL the girls there think they are better then everyone, when i have been waiting for a bed, they let there friends go in front of me. even though i had been waiting for 30 mins to get into a bed. They dont always clean the beds. i have gotten a bacterial infection on my back. and the only thing that could have caused it was laying on the dirty bed. I have tanned for 8 yrs, ( at different salons and have NEVER had this problem) All the workers need to come back down to reality, HELLO you work at a TANNING SALON!!! get your nose out of the air!

Price - Selection - Service. The entire crew provide an excellent tanning experience. Friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to accommodate. After being there only one time they remembered our names and greeted us personally. Their spary tan and high pressure tanning beds are the best I have seen. Exceptional pricing, great facilities and service

Club Tan Tanning. This is a great salon! The staff is so wonderful and friendly, and the beds are always clean. The tan times are so short that it's very convenient, and I get compliments on my tan all the time. I will never switch tanning salons. I love this place!‎

Versa Spa Spray Tan. Really like this place. Spray tan gives good color and so do the tanning beds. Price was good and being open until midnight is a plus for me. Can't believe they are that busy at 11pm though...everytime I go.

Love the Sun Angel Tanning Bed. I love Club Tan's Sun Angel. I get great color and the IPOD docking station is nice for my listening pleasure:)

Helpful and friendly staff and wow do they dress nice. I don't even feel like I'm at a tanning salon when I'm there...feels like I'm tanning at Nordstroms!

Fantastic Spray Tanning. I have been to several tanning salons to use the UV Free spray tanning. I love Club Tan's versa spa spray tan. My color is alway great...and is seems to last 3 to 4 days longer than some of the others. Service and price have always been great!

BBB Report People!. No reason to write a long review about how they rip-off people, just read the BBB report, its an F! The worst possible rating, or...just read how the attorney general investigated, really, do you want to endorse or do business with an F rated company?

Love the Botox and Juvederm I received here. Dr. Hassan at Club Tan / Forever Young Laser Medical Spa was one of six consultations I went to before I decided on a Dr for my Botox and Juvederm Injections. He exceeded my expectations and I love his staff. In the future I will always use this Medical Spa for these types of services including their laser facial treatments.

Experience like no other...thanks girls. I am not sure where to begin except by saying that this has been one of the best experiences I have ever had when going to get medical spa services done. The staff there is so friendly and makes you feel like you are at home. You leave feeling like you are a queen. I had such a great experience that I have recommended it to everyone. They also offer several laser skin services for removing fine lines and wrinkles, but so far I have just been doing their laser hair removal service. It really is a must try experience. Trust me, you will like what you see and what you get. Love the decor and feel of the store as well.

Fantastic Experience. I have had a fantastic experience every time I walk through the doors of Forever Young. The atmosphere is soothing and serene. The staff is professional and friendly and the results are amazing! Love the laser hair removal , Velashape and laser skin rejuvenation I am having done for some acne problems I have. One of my favorite items on my calendar is an appointment at Forever Young so I can see the girls there!
