I've had better from the freezer isle. Not sure how this place keeps the doors open. The alcohol and the ambience maybe. The service wasn't great but I felt sorry for the servers who have to serve that ... We attended a banquet and had over 30 people in our party, I didn't hear any good comments. We won't be going back.

Kitschy Italian restaurant churns out heaping plates of pasta that won't break the bank.. In Short
Whimsical antiques and decorative items--velvet armchairs, vintage-looking fringed lamps and booths made from iron bedsteads--fill the dining room. The OSF Classics menu offers spaghetti with a choice of mushroom sauce, rich meat sauce, browned butter and feta-like mizithra cheese sauce, and more. Other popular favorites are the baked lasagna--layers of noodles, tomato sauce and four kinds of cheese--and the fettuccine Alfredo. Meals include a green salad, fresh-baked bread and ice cream.

Average, more or less. Being a cool and comfortable restaurant (temperature wise) was a plus for this establishment today. The service was OK, but slow for the time of day and the amount of customers in the facility. The food was almost OK. The portions were much smaller than I remember them ever being , and the "browned butter and Mazithera cheese sauce was nearly non-existent on the "Managers Favorite" ( I suspect the manager doesn't like Mazither cheese OR browned butter, but certainly enjoyed a nice mark-up on the savings there). The cold beer was OK, warmish, but OK. The "Vesuvius sauce on the other hand was quite tasty, and I will enjoy it again in a different restaurant.

Over all, just OK. Better than fast food, not up to standards of those wishing to enjoy a bit of Italian cooking. Three stars is a gift from me. Enjoy it as much as we did the lack of anything special, OK?

Subpar menu. Poor service.. I've been to other Spaghetti Factories and always enjoyed them. But, I must say I will never go back to this one. The sauce tasted like the cheapest canned sauce. Our server was hardly ever seen and incredibly difficult to get the attention of. The only thing that made it survivable was the spumoni which satisfactorily rid our mouths of the lingering taste of the food.

Love It!. We really love the food, the service and the environment. It is so easy to take the kids here and the staff is always so nice to them. They have great coupons for kids lunches.

This place is a joke.. If you want to eat Italien food. Go somewhere else.

The only tolerable reason to go there is if you were looking for a place to entertain you kids and want to change from going to Mc Do. Don't expect good food. Frozen food from the supermarket and kraft macaroni and cheese are better than the pasta you get there...

Where's the Italian Food?. Authentic - this place isn't. I've tasted better from the frozen food section of the local market, although it would rival some of the popular canned food varieties. Nothing special about the food at all. Save your money from all the fanfare and buy a jar of your favorite sauce from the market, toss some noodles in some boiling water, and you'll have a better dining experience.

Even my step dad would love this place. My step father is a full blooded Italian and even HE would love this place....WONDERFUL atmosphere...great for families as well as that intimate dinner with your loved one. The food is presented wonderfully. The service is excellent--even at busy times---anyone who DOESN'T like this restaurant needs a reality check---there aren't many chains that put everything they have into every meal anymore.
