worse place to live!!! stay away!!!. i want to help anyone searching for a place to live...do not look here. the management is seriously the worse! they are rude, they will tell me they don't have my mail for weeks after it was signed by them, they do not follow the contract they have you sign, they do not keep correct financial books (scary) i have not met one person who lives here who will resign with the new management. i seriously want to help anyone avoid the headache and the shear stupidity of the management! I would rather live in the hood then here!!!! do not put money into a place that treats you like a worthless, no good bum...even if you have never been late paying, had a noise issue and are clean freaks...we are an apartment managers dream!!! please don't move here. we need them to change and the only way is for them to feel it where it hurts and that is in the pocket book. we have 6 more months here and it cant come soon enough!!!…
Lowest possible standards of management. This apartment has the worst management (by far) in the area. The assistant manager is the most incompetent and unfriendly person you would probably meet and the fact that she is in this office is itself a reason for the overall mismanagement. On top of that, there is a total lack of integrity and courtesy in the way the management deals with residents which totally pisses off everyone who moves into this apartment complex.…

The management at the leasing office is the worst I have seen by far on being:
1. Unprofessional
2. Incompetent
3. Irresponsible
4. Indifferent to residents
