Excellent Service, very nice staff. I went to get a bikini wax and it was amazing. Quick, and good. Sima was very friendly and took care of me because I tend to be very scared of it no matter how many times I get it done. I went there the next day for a mani and pedi and the manicurist was very sweet, and did an excellent job too. :-)…

Worst customer service I have ever had!. When I called to make my first visit, I asked for black head removal with an exfoliating facial. I was scolded when during the facial I asked for the procedure, and was told I had to make another appt and pay full fee. I was upset and told the Owner that was the purpose of my visit. She was condescending and rude, so I swore I would never return. When a friend of mine purchased a gift card for me, I reluctantly went back for a basic bikini wax. I inquired about pricing for a wax that would work with a "smaller bikini", that wasnt as intensive as the brazillian. The very loud and snotty response in the greeting area was "Not without seeing your crotch". Dont buy a package at this store.…
