Run away!!!. I totally agree that this place does not provide customers with a good service. I can't complain about being overcharged, but i am not satisfied with this place either. Once you've prepaid whatever services you want to get from them, you can forget about money you've just paid- you'll get nothing in return. It's extreeeeemely hard to get anything in return from this place . They attract you with the nice discount so that you feel you're getting a good deal, but you're actually investing a lot of money into their promises that will never come true. As soon as they get your money, they will not be interested in making you satisfied at all. This is my huge mistake. I've prepaid their package and now I cant get any treatment from them. Every time i call to schedule an appointment, they either put me on hold for 30-45 minuts, or promise to call me back and never do. I'll never come back to this place anymore.

Buyer Beware!!!. First off, When I read the other reviews I ask myself, "Was I at the same place?" Of course I was, those are all written by someone that works there, obviously. Secondly, the girl that ran illegal transactions on my Credit Card is back !!!!SHAB!!!! This company, I was told, Fired her and prosecuted her. Now she is back? What is going on? Is it all about the sales and money? What ever happened to caring for the customer first? I am never going back there. If you don't believe me, Google her name and fraud and see what you find. HORRIBLE!!!!

High pressure!!. Watch your bank acct when you walk into this place!! The pressure to spend your money never lets up and prices go through the moon.. If there's anything in this salon that isn't overpriced it's the help..Tanning is a sideline to money extraction..

Dirty, Nasty Spa. Forever Young is the worst "laser" spa out there. They over charge your card all of the time, and they are very very dirty. They have a versa spray tan, but don't even use a versa solution they use a knock off brand solution. At one of their locations they dont even have hot water, so guess what they wash their tanning and spa towels in... cold water, no bleach. Worst tanning salon i've ever been to

"Club Tan of Oregon, more so Shab Daghigh, manager of the Tanasbourne location, unlawfully charged my credit card hundreds of dollars. Upon cancellation of an upgrade to membership she assured me Id been refunded. Months later I was charged again and refunded by my credit card company after filing an affidavit. After 8 months, I received an unexpectedly shocking letter from a collections company stating that I owe 800 dollars. I called Club Tan to speak to Shab and after explaining the situation she HUNG UP on me. She lies and steals from her customers.

Upon simple observation, I have watched Shab disrespect her employees, talk inappropriately of her customers, both to their faces and behind their backs, and force her salon services on people who clearly do not want them."

Very clean and friendly staff.. My husband first used Club Tan to try to get a little "base" tan before heading to the Caribbean last summer. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable in helping him, so I decided to try it too. The beds are always clean,. From comparing other tanning salons and methods, it is a great value. They also offer the "sunless" tanning which my girlfriend said was great before a wedding last summer when she wore a strappy little dress.

Sunless tanning at Club Tan. I have been going to Club Tan for the past two years and I must say this is the best tanning salon in Portland. I was a little dubious about the "sunless tanning" look, but I am now a convert. One day the manager talked me into trying the versa spa here at Club Tan. She was really nice and the whole experience was positive. I am now hooked! As I write this, my tan is 10 days old and my arms still look tan! I would recommend Club Tan to anyone wanting to try sunless tanning.

Perfect Tan. Started tanning here at Club Tan in Hillsboro and just love the people, service and results. Their spray tan is really nice. Never thought I would get so many tanning sessions and spray tans for the price I paid. Awesome experience.

Nice people and great tanning salon. I found out about Club Tan here on City Search and decided to try them out. Wonderful staff and a very clean fracility. Good variety of tanning beds and packages. The nicest salon I have been in.
