OPTOMETRY AT IT'S BEST!. Dr. Harr is great with his diagnoses, but I feel like he should be more knowledgable about the duration one pair of contacts should be worn. I just started seeing an optometrist in Portland and he said that I should be wearing contacts for only two weeks before disposing, whereas Dr. Harr told me one month.
