Kavanagh, Laura, Dvm - Crossroads Veterinary Hospital

Vets are great, front desk staff could use improvement. I have taken my sick pets to Crossroads several times, and each time I have had to wait a considerable amount of time before the receptionist even acknowledged us. They are also very cold... I had to pick up my cat's ashes recently, and they just handed them over the counter saying "there ya go". No eye contact or anything. A little compassion would have been nice. The vets we have seen there have been great, but it wasn't worth it to me to have to deal with the front desk staff. We're looking for a new vet for our other pets.…
