not safe for smaller kids/poor customer service. I have very little good to say, They have no one watching over their play structure . We were there with a two year old and a five year old. It was fine until a large group of 13-16 year old showed up. The two year old was run over by two kids chasing each other. I was only two feet away. When I talked to the staff about it, their reply was it's your responsbile for you own safety and that the stucture was made to handle the larger kids. They did not seem concerned about the kids only that the structure could handle the number of kids , even, I was talking to them four 9-10 year old went running by ,trying to grab each other they said nothing. They then asked us to sign a waiver for any harm or injuries that the childern my get. When we refused to sign they asked us to leave. When we refused to leave they said that they would call the local police have us removed . My wife said fine. The police did not come, we only finished eating and then left. I would only recommend if one wants to be treated poorly and has a quick way to run their child to the doctors office  View Less View More

Only got kicked in the face once...... I was excited to take our daughter to Safari Sam's with it's "biggest indoor jungle gym in Oregon" Unfortunately, we won't go back. Long story short....our kid is almost 5. There were too many "big kids" running around, cutting in line, pushing little kids, being too rowdy, and cursing inside the psuedo-stable maze of a jungle gym (parts of the rope net were held together with electrical tape...really?.) There aren't any staff members monitoring the jungle gym, and I was just really glad that I was small/agile enough to accompany our child through it. She got kicked in the face once, cut in front of a dozen times, and nearly knocked over at least 4 times. Maybe I'm over-protective, but seriously on our way out we saw little boy with a bloody nose, and then got pushed out of the way by a bunch of tweens while trying to exit. Try "Out of this World Pizza and Play" soooooo much better :-)  View Less View More

Best place around.. The best place for a great family experience. There is a gentleman in the restaurant part named Rich that is sure to raise the level of customer service. The only downside we could see was an older man with white hair looking like a mall santa, who had a real bad scowl and attitude. Rich seemed to always stay positive and boy was he fast in that kitchen. Food was great, price was fair and customer service was top notch. Highly recommended. Games were fun and my kids had a blast in the huge jungle gym. Great job.  View Less View More

Super fun for kids of all ages. So it is very big. Has a huge jungle gym and one for younger babies as well. Has mini golf which glows, and an arcade with some good kid games, and an inflatable jumper. You have to pay for entrance in and that included entry into the jungle gym for free and you pay individually- for golf is like $6 a kid, arcade is tokens which you buy, inflatable thing is 15 minutes for $3 a kid. So taking a small group of kids can get spendy but overall is really really fun. If you can convince your kids that they can only go in the jungle gym then you get off pretty cheap was about $6 each kid for the enterance. And it unlimited time in there.  View Less View More

PRESENTS NOT ALLOWED UNLESS YOU BUY PARTY PACK?. I am pretty poor like most the country right now. Last year was worse we couldnt throw a party for our son, all he got was cake from his grandma. So we decided to fork it out for Safari Sams, We only had 5 kids coming, they require 6 for their smallest and cheapest party that we couldn't even afford. we had had parties there before and didnt buy the package then either, they let us in no problem.. this time they refused to let the cake come in which was irritating but being a business ok we could handle that.. but when they refused to let people bring in gifts that was horrible, they made them leave them at the door, or take them to the car. we had already paid for food and bought tokens. since most our guests where adult family we didnt see a point in the party package even though it cost LESS than what our guests and us combined spent anyway. The cake went to waste in the hot car. My son had to open his presents in the parking lot as people where leaving. My son was very upset about it. If we had not been allowed to do this in the past i may not have been so upset. But even McDonalds lets you have a party without buying their package!! My family friends and I will NEVER go there again, their Jungle may be fun, But so is a park! the pizza is way over priced for quality I could get from a take and bake. I could get 20 drinks from Mcdonalds for the price i paid for 8 at Sams!  View Less View More
