Founded in 1961 in Colorado, Chart House now has more than 25 U.S. locations. The restaurants, many of which occupy historic buildings, draw on the local region's natural features, making each one unique. Fresh fish and seafood dominate the menu with offerings like jumbo lump crab cakes, mahi mahi and Australian lobster tail. For landlubbers, there's prime rib, filet mignon and N.Y. strip steak. Sweet finishes include hot chocolate lava cake and raspberry creme brulee.

We went to the chart house for dinner on Saturday. We had 7:30 dinner time. We were seated at about 7:40. They moved us to the lower level it was quiet and an much more personal setting. The waiter didn't rush us. I ended up being there for 3 plus hours and loving ever second of the dinner. By far the best service i have ever had. That includes having eaten at the Benson Hotel. This resturant is a must go to for anyone who is looking for an awesome dinner. The view made it even better.

The only reason I'm not giving them 4 stars is because the waitress knocked the water into my lap (no big deal though). Food was excellent as always. We'll be back!
