Outrageously good selection

This is the best wine shop in Portland. For those who are interested in wines that are not of the supermarket-shelf variety, E & R has an amazing selection of unusual and hard-to-get wines, and they actually know what the stuff tastes like! I shop here even though I have to drive across town. You just can't get this stuff elsewhere. And the proprietors are friendly and knowledgable without being pushy; they enjoy matching customers up with the right wine for them.

E & R a gem of a wine shop in Portland

E & R is a real gem. Their specialty is italian wines. They also have solid selections from Australia, Spain, France, and Oregon. For those on a wine budget their monthly "Critical List" contains amazing bargains that are terrific wines for the price. Check out E & R!

One of the best places to shop for wine in this town. The selection is eclectic, and the staff/owners are to be commended for helping to make Portland the wine savy town that it is. Though the location is inconvenient for me, this is a place that I was only too happy to find when I first started drinking wine. It is nice to have such a resource.
