Huge Portions but Spendy. I went here expecting the quintessential Hawaiian plate lunch, which was my mistake. It's a dinner place with dinner prices. (Maybe if I could of had a guava margerita then I would see it as a dinner place?). Noho's is like the Texas of plate lunch. Everything is huge! The food is pretty good, not my favorite in town - so, while in Hawaii you pay $7, at Noho's you pay $16. Which I suppose is kind of right with the amount you get. They do a nice job, but I just I don't feel at home here. Like they try to hard or something. I suppose as a Hawaiian transplant I am just that picky.

BAMBOO GROVE HAWAIIAN GRILLE. Portland has only 2 locations for GREAT Hawaiian food. This is it for the "other" side fo the river.

Great food, generous portions and great prices!

You have to look for it though, but it is soooo worth it!!

Ono-licious!. Went on a Tues night, to the newly-named Bamboo Garden Hawaiian Grill. Apparantly Noho sold this location? In any case, the menu is nearly identical (though here, they have a burger with pineapple on it, which the other Noho is lacking). There was only one server, and we waited for our turn with her, no question, but the food was good, you could get as much as you wanted, and the mac salad is delicious. My friend tried to get the coconut cheesecake, and it was frozen (not a great sign). Mixed bag in all.
