A Great Shop. A one person shop that gives one on one attention. I've been coming here for 5 years now. The equipment I've purchased is wonderful and the expert service is the same. In the 5 years I've owned my Landshark, only one mechanical problem ever! That is a testament to the quality products and expert mechanical knowledge provided at Enselle.  View Less View More

En Selle is awesome!. I've been to En Selle many times, and the customer service has always been very personal. The staff is very friendly and helpful, not to mention incredible knowledgeable about bikes! I've found some really cute, durable gear here, and I prefer the small, cozy atmosphere of EnSelle as opposed to a franchise where staff are not always so approachable.

I definitely recommend this shop to all bikers (and aspiring bikers)!  View Less

Apparently does not need my business.... I can safely say that I will never shop in this store for ANY reason. I was going to look at purchasing some biking gear at this store for my husband for Father's Day while out on a walk with my infant son. I was on the phone with my mother when I approached, so, out of respect for anyone inside, I waited until I was finished with the conversation to enter the establishment.

While I was finishing up the conversation, just outside the door, a man came out and without even acknowledging my presence, locked the door and turned on his heel. I quickly finished up the conversation and called after him. He never even turned around. Does this seem like someone that needs a hearing aid or someone that has enough money that the business does not require any new customers I ponder. It is too bad, as I was looking forward to knowing the bike shop around the corner. Now I will go to the Bike Gallery in Lake Oswego or Hollywood area for my biking needs.  View Less
