I love this hotel

This is a beautiful craftsman style hotel on the river. The bed was so comfortable and that is a big deal when you are on the road for a month. The room was comforable, quiet and the style made it so relaxing. We had a good time and the service was great.

My mother stayed here and loved it. Food, shopping and staff were very helpful and kind. The have the most beautiful lobby and rooms. She only wants to stay here when she visits. Wish this place was in Austin Texas when I visit her. Nothing close to this there.

GREAT service, great place for an overnight getaway!

my husband and i went here for a night away from the kids and we're very happy with all the personal attention and service, everyone is so friendly and professional. our room was very nice, a great view of the river and a very comfortable king size bed! we had dinner in the hotels restaurant , the food was great, the setting was o.k., but the drinks from the bar were horrible! the woman at the front desk reccomended a few places nearby, and a map, so we walked a couple of blocks to Veritable Quandary for cocktails instead. in the morning we ordered room service which was promt and delicious! overall it was a really nice stay!!! we'd definately go again.....
- Pros: service, nice rooms, great in town getaway
- Cons: bar, no spa services
