Portland >London Influence
Robert gives great Hair.
So my husband and I moved here from LA about 2 years ago. Suffice it to say that our hair has not been that great since we moved. On a recommendation from a friend, I decided to try out Robert at London Influence. All I can say is that was the best money ever spent. He even rivaled the guy who had been doing my hair in Beverly Hills.
I went in with frumpy hair but I left with beautiful color and a very chic haircut. I sent my husband in a few days later, and he's not look that good in some time. Thank you Robert for doing such a great job, being a fun hairdresser, and making us both look and feel great again. You have 2 very happy and stylish clients walking the streets of Portland.
If you ever need a hair rescue, this is the place. I have been in Portland a few years now and have had limited success with hairdressers so far. That was until recently. I had my cut and color done at a big named salon around town and the results were horrible. In my desperation I did a search online and found London Influence. They were able to get me in and not just fix the bad cut and color but actually give me the best hair I have had in years. Thanks to Robert for really taking his time on the whole process and explaining what he was doing. WHen I was done, I looked and felt like a new woman. Robert, you have a new client for life, thanks for saving me.
Scott is amazing -- especially for color and curls!.
After getting extremely poor haircuts all over town, I had given up on ever having a "good" hair day -- then I tried Scott. Not only has he always given me a great haircut -- so I can shower, product and go -- he is wonderful about showing me how to style it myself when I want to straighten it and look wonderful.
Scott is also the master of color. I have messed it up (myself) and Scott has managed always to correct it -- even when I decided I didn't like black hair -- he was able to put it back to my normal medium brown.
I'm always comfortable with Scott and I know I'm going to come out looking great -- What more can you ask???? Thank you Scott.
CHARLES,A NICE SUPRISE. AFTER 9 YEARS OF LOVE WITH CHRIS AT JUAN JUAN IN BEVERLEY HILLS,I WAS SCARED TO TRY SOMEONE NEW. A FRIEND SUGGESTED CHARLES AND WHAT A NICE SURRISE! MY HAIRCUT IS GREAT AND HE ADDED A FEW HIGHLIGHTS TO THE COLOR I HAVE HAD DONE BEFORE. IT IS AMAZING HOW FRESH IT LOOKS. THE SALON IS NICE AND OPEN AND THE RECEPTIONIST.MORGAN.VERY HELPFUL. I WAS AMAZED AT THE PRICE,145.00, ALMOST HALF WHAT I NORMALY PAY. HES NICE,GOOD AND REALLY CUTE. CANT WAIT TO GO BACK
Sarah Creech is amazing!. My cut and color were better than I could have ever imagined. She fixed a bad color job that I thought I would just have to live with until it grew out, just a note the bad coloring job was not done by her. In addition, this woman actually listened to what I wanted and gave me great feed back about what she could realistically do with my hair. She is amazing!!!!!!
HAYLEE HAYLEE HAYLEE!!!! THE BEST!!!!!!!.
I have been going to Haylee for about 4 years now and she is the BEST! She has colored her own hair with every color in the rainbow.
Being a Flight Attendant I need to keep myself well-groomed, but I still like a hippie easy look at the same time.
Haylee gives me a cut that is easy to maintain for work and keeping up that professional look; yet at the same time a look I can wear to the beach and still look great!
GUESS WHAT HAYLEE IM finally engaged to that other Hippie Flight Attendant....I CANNOT WAIT TO DISCUSS a WEDDING HAIR LOOK...SO FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT READ THIS HAYLEE also does updos for weddings----vintage, chic, bohemian...anything.
YOU will not be disappointed with Haylee!
Doesn't live up to hype. I am new to Portland and followed the recommendations here to try London Influence. I went twice...both times the cut the BORING...I asked for something edgier and got same old, same old. The color was blah, too monochromatic. Not flattering. After the 2nd time I went back in for a re-do with the owner, who was pleasant, but the end result is that I have shorter hair than I wanted in a style I don't love with boring color and an empty wallet. $200...absolutely NOT worth it on any level.
I moved to Hillsboro about 2 years ago and have been searching for a good stylist. It's been one bad haircut after another. So I ventured into Portland and struck gold!
Sara Creech did my cut and color and I couldn't be happier. She really listened to what I wanted and then made some minor suggestions, which were perfect.
Looking around, I saw alot of great styling going on. The salon is very open and airy and the stations are positioned nicely. Your not staring at the person next to you.
The only semi-bad part was the parking. It's paid parking all around, but there was plenty of it at the time I went (4:00pm).
I have found my salon!
I love my hair again!.
Relaxed, friendly atmosphere
Really understand my hair
Know what looks work for my face and lifestyle
After 4 sessions with Scott I have never been disappointed. Each time I've left liking my hair more and more.
I've checked out the clients of other stylists and their hair looks great too.
This kind of salon is hard to come by but I used citysearch and found a winner!
