Nicole is an amazing stylist at London Influence! I have been going to her for almost 10 years and I leave every time with a beautiful cut and color. I receive many compliments on my hair and always love to recommend people to Nicole. She is honest and very helpful with cuts and color which I really appreciate. You can count on her every time to do an incredible job.

From the moment I arrived to the time I left, my experience at London Influence was absolutely superb!

Having had my hair nearly destroyed by a weed-whacking "stylist," Sarah did a tremendous job transforming my 'do! Technically adept, thorough, and stylistically-aware, Sarah is a true hair designer. She also maintained a professional decorum with regard to the royal mess that she was tasked with fixing. I really appreciated her communicative approach throughout the process, offering detailed suggestions for styling (and even how to direct a future stylist, since I live out of state).

The quality of the experience was further enhanced by the sophisticated, yet comfortable ambiance of the salon, as well as the charm of owner, Charles Church. Bravo!

True Pro's at this Salon !!. When I first entered LE, I had Charles open the door for me and invited me in; it was a warm welcome along with a kind smile I have learned seldom is missing.

I really needed such a greeting. As most are a little fearful, going in a new place I had really few options left, let me explain.

After one day following a nightmare at Dosha downtown and a heavy schedule of upcoming business meetings, I found myself with a hack job hair style.

When I told Charles about my crisis and he went through my hair checking out the damage, he assured me it was fixable. Keeping the atmosphere light he snipped here and there and when I looked up ...SHAZAM!!

He fixed it...but my good fortune continued.

I was told of a long time stylist at LE and Charles thought would be able to take care of my needs. As he excused himself for a minute, he returned introducing meet to Sarah! She was just as kind as I would soon learn everyone that works at LE would be and after the first session under her care, I had found a home for my head and with all the extras will go no place else!

Great Salon!. This was a very welcoming salon that made me feel at home. Marilyn was a great stylist! Very friendly I will be coming back they earned my business.

Best Stylist in Portland!. I have been coming to London Influence for years and I specifically come to see Nichole Torrey. She gives the best cut and color I have ever gotten anywhere! I love everyone that works at the salon, including the front desk staff. The salon is vibrant, and modern and keeps current on the latest trends. Nichole always knows what looks are "in" and shes honest with me, which is what I LOVE about her. I always come out of the salon looking and feeling my best - you have to give Nichole a shot - shes worth it!

LOVE Robert and now he's gone.... Robert has been taking awesome care of me and my hair for the last several years. He always gives great style advise and does amazing color. I just got a call from him saying he no longer works here. That's ok by me, because I'll just follow him to his new place, 77 Salon on NW Glisan. He has always done such great work and I go to the hairdresser, not the salon. Robert, expect to see me soon at your new spot, I need some color and thanks for the great dinner recommendations :)

GO SEE Marilyn!!. Marilyn gives a great cut and really enjoys doing color. I just had my long hair cut to clavicle length and had new highlights put in. I get compliments everywhere I go, and told I look years younger. Uh-huh! Check out London Influence and ask for Marilyn.

Scot is amazing, too bad he's not here anymore. I have been seeing Scot at this salon for some time now. He always gives me the greatest haircuts and color I have ever had. Now I'm not sure what's going on at London Influence, but I just found out Scot is not there. He is now across the bridge at Venus Allure in SE, so suffice it to say, I will be following him wherever he goes. Quite a loss for London Influence to lose one of their best stylist but the salon doesn't really matter to me. What matters is that Scot always takes care of me and does an amazing and professional job. Scot I'm yours forever and can't wait to see you soon.

Scot's the best!. I go to London Influence to see Scot. He's the best.



He always interprets what I want correctly and gives me what works best for my hair. I have calics, one side of my head has slightly thinker hair, enough hair for two people(I've been told) and I'm very picky about my hair. And Scot always surprises me with a great cut, and color if that's what I'm currently doing. (He loves doing color if thats what you need:) He's fun to talk to and is always pleasant, but not like fake, we always have fun talking.

The products he uses are great, smell good and feel good, so i usually ask what he used and what it does and then ask if its something that will help out my natural frizziness. All the products that I've bought from him I end up using till their gone and see Scot again.

I've been seeing Scot for about 4 years and continue to go to him because I like what he does, how fast he is and how pleasant the experience is. I no longer live in the Portland area but when I know that I'm going to be anywhere near there I make an appointment.

By the way this salon also does nails if you want that done there too(but doesn't smell like a nail salon). I've always wanted to get that done at the same time but for no known reason haven't yet.
