This place used to be great my wife and I would go for the couple's massage. I recently tried to make an appointment and kept getting a fax machine buzz on pick up. Once I did get through they couldn't book an appointment and told me they would have someone call me right back. No one called. I called again and was put on hold for five minutes before I gave up. They really need to get their act together.

The Portland Center Spa is a great value for a whirlpool bath, massage, and shower. The rooms are large and private and are always very clean. I have been many times and have never been disappointed. I have purchased many gift certificates for friends and family and always get rave reviews. I can't wait for my next appointment!
