At $4 a rent they're not the cheapest store in town (HOLLYWOOD rents each movie for $3.79 and ALL are 5 day rentals.). Here some are 2 days (the newer ones); others 5 days. This is great if you're WAITING to rent the newer title but bad if you are the one possessing the new title, as you've gotta get it back quick. Annoyed that what you take home does not include the movie cover but rather Xerox copies of their advertising. All and all Impulse is my LAST choice for spontaneous dvd selecting. HOLLYWOOD my first.
Pros: Good selection of Anime
Cons: Expensive. Dont purchase RE-ISSUES or COLLECTORS EDITIONS (if they already have the first release) of *any* dvds that come out. Don't give the customer DVD covers with rentals.

I remember when i first stepped into Impulse Video and being in awe at how many movies they had for rent. One of the great things is they are an independently owned business. They have more of a selection than any video store i have been to. If you want a customer friendly environment, great movie selection, and just excellent service then you should head over to Impulse Video. You'll be glad that you did, just one visit will have you coming back for more. I just cant get enough of there great selection.
Pros: Great Location, great movie selection
Cons: there aren't any the store was perfect
