Horrible customer service, waste of my month.. Initially pleasant to work with, and a convenient location. The trouble started right away with lack of response to our proof edits. Then when our wedding invitations arrived there was a word missing, the layout was wrong, and they REFUSED TO FIX IT. They asked for me to pay for their printing mistake. When I told them I wanted them reprinted correctly they refused unless I was willing to pay more. I got a full refund and will never go back.

Anders Printing Saved the Day!. Another company closer to my home botched my business cards, and I needed to find someone fast to remedy the situation. Although Anders was 45+ minutes from my location, it was worth every precious minute to use them as my printing company. Graphic designer, Rachael Driscoll, worked with me and my photographer patiently to get the card exactly as we envisioned. She was calm and patient and exacting. And Anders Printing really bent over backwards to put a rush on the order so that I would have the cards for my event. They really saved the day and have earned my loyalty. The cards are stunning.

Beyond Amazing and Helpful!. I just want to say thank you first and foremost to Ander's Prinitng and everyone that works there!!! I had the best experience working with them on my wedding invitations! I knew from the start I wanted to have custom wedding invitations, and Rachael the graphic designer helped bring my vision to life :) Ander's put everything together from my invitations to my programs and place cards. Their pricing is reasonable for the quality and service you are getting. I could not be more happy with how everything turned out. Thanks for helping me get through the chaos of the wedding and being so patient in my time of destress!

Very nice Product, One Poor Employee. Let me first say that I really like the way my invitations turned out! The employee who put together my invitations, however, was underwhelming and at times pretty inept. I would email particular changes I wanted and she would do one but not any of the others. After many emails to and fro (and me feeling increasingly frustrated and ready to awake my dormant bridezilla), the invitations were finally designed to my requested specifications. When I picked them up I was very happy and satisfied. When I got home and looked more closely at them, I was stupefied. Why weren't the overlapping papers glued together? I called and was told that that costs extra. The invitations are gorgeous, but I wish the process could have been more streamlined.

oh my gosh amazing!!!!!!. oh my gosh I love Anders! My fiancee and I went to look at wedding invitations and got so much more than either of us could have ever imagined. we were originally just looking through the books of pre-made invites and couldn't find anything that sparked our interest. We wanted something just a little more elaborate and were able to collaborate with them to create the most beautiful invitations that are completely unique. i have gotten multiple RSVPs back with notes attached about how beautiful our invites were. i couldn't be more happy with how they turned out! i cant say thanks enough to everyone at Anders for all the hard work they did!

Terrific Local Printer. After researching both on-line and local printers I choose Anders Printing for my business cards and brochure for a trade show. They worked with me to choose the right paper to make my brochure really standout and look professional. I am very pleased with the results and I received several complements for both my cards and the brochure.

Jill, one of the owners, was very sensitive to my time schedule and went out of her way to make sure that I got my brochure and cards with plenty of time.

I have nothing but good things to say about Anders. From my experience, I get the real feeling that they care about their customers. I am glad I choose to go to Anders for my printing and recommend them highly.

More than a printer ... a league of their own!. It is nearly impossible to share in words the immense value of Anders Printing. But, I will try.

First, there's Earl. He has the eye of an artisan -- and his craftsmanship is unmatched. Then there's Erik, a mild mannered designer who is committed to creating the best design possible. And, oh, I must NOT forget Jill!

After working for over a year creating a deck of vision cards, I began searching for a printer. For at least a month I called printer after printer, getting quotes from different folks. Then one day I was referred to Anders Printing from Paper Zone. I knew within the first 2 minutes that they were different than any other shop.

The conversations with everyone else, went like this ---they'd ask me how many images, how many copies and what stock I wanted - and then they'd give me a quote.

Not so with Jill.

After my well-honed introduction and request for pricing, she immediately said, "Honestly, on a custom project such as yours, I can't give you a price over the phone. You'll have to talk to Earl. On a project like this, he wants to see what you're creating so that he can assess what's best for you."

And, wow!, was she right!!!! I must say, I have NEVER had any professional give so much thought and care into my work. If you are an artist wanting your printed work to match your artwork, you will never find another printer who truly gets what you are trying to create and will pour their own heart and soul into making it happen ... even better than you imagined!

Really BAD customer service and the lady was really rude!!!. I went there with my fiance to choose wedding invitations and the older lady there was really rude. She kept rolling her eyes every time I would ask her a question about different pricing options. Since I had a reasonable budget to follow, I felt as if the lady didn't want to help because it would be a waste of her time. Overall she was very rude and not helpful at all. I suggest to visit someplace else!!!

Quality Product and Great Customer Service. This establishment is great. Not only did they create amazing invitations...but the price and quality were second to none. I am absolutely pleased with the product, the customer service, and the kindness of the owner (Jill). I would highly recommend Anders Printing Co. to anyone that is looking. -----Matt

I loved the experience!!. These people deserve every star I can give them. So great at their jobs and so friendly. Always a smiling face and always a helpful suggestion. They made some of the most beautiful wedding invites I have ever seen for my wedding this Aug! I am so excited to send them out. They made me feel proud to have used them!!
