Always service with a smile. Beautiful presentation, cheap, flame-grilled deliciousness. Excellent tofu dishes, too!

In the local teriyaki world, this seems to be one of the best all-around places, in my experience. It has plenty of seating, and the dining area is clean and well-lit. Restrooms are even available! The prices, many around $5-6, make me happy. And the food was quite tasty; the rice was nice and sticky, the meat-to-rice ratio was good (lots of places tend to give too much rice for the amount of meat, in my opinion), the teriyaki sauce was excellent, and there was a healthy amount of broccoli in the vegetables. I would have preferred a few more veggies, and the subtle, clear sauce on them didn't add anything, but this didn't detract much from the meal. I also removed a significant amount of fat and skin from the meat, but that wasn't too difficult as the pieces were fairly large--not processed, just pulled off the bone. Also, the service was quick and friendly. While I ate, one of the employees actually came out into the eating area and chatted congenially with some of the diners. It was evident from her conversations with customers that these people were regulars (a good sign!). And what eating experience isn't enhanced by a casual dialogue on UFOs?
Pros: prices, pictoral menu, good service, lots of windows, chopsticks AND forks, ample seating and parking, etc. etc.
Cons: meat could have less fat/skin, and what were those veggies cooked in?
